Acts of Government
The Government of the Republic of Athabasca is responsible for implementing, upholding and carrying out the public policies of the republic. Operating under a unitary, semi-direct democracy, it comprises of the legislative Aurora People's Assembly (open to participation for all citizens of Athabasca) and executive Federal Committee (further split into five Public Enterprises,) which collectively work together to manage the affairs of the state and to best serve the interests of the Athabascan people.

As protected under the constitution, every citizen, resident, and visitor of the Republic of Athabasca has the right to view and document every legislative bill, proclamation, treaty, and legal documentation that involves Athabasca collectively. As a part of this right, the Public Enterprise of Domestic Affairs and Justice, under the Government of Athabasca, maintains and regularly updates the Acts of Government; a digital archive of all legal documentation involving the Republic of Athabasca.
