
Territory of the Republic of Athabasca
As legally defined in the Sovereign Borders and Claims Bill, the Republic of Athabasca is comprised of three ceremonial Districts and one Special Administrative Region, together acting as the territory of Athabasca.

Districts
Districts in Athabasca are defined as territory that is claimed by the Republic of Athabasca for the purposes of expression of identity and boundaries of local community; non-administrative claims.
Despite being claimed as a part of the larger Athabascan territory, the districts primarily serve the purpose of visually communicating the extent of the Athabascan community, including notable ceremonial and historical sites that play a large part in the local history of the region.
Special Admin. Region
Special Administrative Regions, also known as S.A.R, are defined as the official territorial claim of Athabasca, as operated and maintained by the Government of Athabasca.
The only Special Administrative Region in the Republic of Athabasca is the Hangingstone S.A.R., acting as the official land claim of Athabasca and the operating capital of the Government of Athabasca
Clearwater
District of
Clearwater comprises of most of the local urban structure in the region, acting as the central hub for local businesses, traffic, and people in the region.

Hangingstone
Special Admin. Region of
Comprising of Athabasca's only sovereign land claim, Hangingstone is located within the Boreal Forest, neighbouring the District of Gregoire and bordering the Hangingstone river.
